Perfect Location

A perfect place to stay if you love Rock and wish to explore the surrounding areas...

The apartment is immaculate with every facility you could need and the owners are on hand to make sure you are comfy (thank you Wendy for telling me how to work the tv's) .btw they are not complicated I'm just useless at remote controls!

The location makes for a very easy holiday. Waking distance to local delis, pubs, supermarket, gorgeous fish and chips and of course the beach. Then you are at the right end of Rock to nip out in the car to visit other local places. The easy and inclusive parking on the drive is great.

I couldn't recommend it more and look forward to a return stay soon

Excellent apartment in beautiful Rock

Good spacious apartment with nice open plan living area, good sized bathroom and large bedroom. We found the nearby butcher, baker and fishmonger all excellent! We ate in the apartment and found all we required. Also dined in the Pityme Inn Pub, very nice pub grub. Ferry service to Padstow was very good and a lively place to explore with lots of places to eat. Location of apartment excellent and we did lots of exlporing around the countryside. Wendy was very quick to respond to any correspondence and very helpful. We would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and would stay again.

Lovely well equipped flat

Perfect for the 3 of us. Wendy was on hand when I had any queries.  I'd definitely stay again - this property is a real find in a delightful location. Gorgeous neighbours even brought me coffee and biscuits when I arrived as I clearly looked a bit frazzled after a long drive! Highly recommended property.

Beautiful stay in a lovely part of the world

Lovely property, had everything we needed and more. Very well kept, clean and tidy with plenty of space. Will defiantly be returning, and recommending it to friends. Also big thanks to Wendy for being very helpful prior to our visit :)

Fab apartment in great location

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything required, the location could not be better. This part of Cornwall in my opinion is the best, walk 15 minutes and you are at the beach where you can catch the ferry should you wish to beautiful Padstow.

Chic apartment in pleasant central location

Spacious 2nd floor apartment located on Rock Rd, convenient for walking, beaches and crossing to Padstow by ferry. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen which doesn't assume you only eat out or get pizzas! The nearby shops are very good too and walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Fantastic place

Wonderful clean property. Everything you could wish for to make for a great holiday. Would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately had booked an apartment further down Cornwall. If we ever are in the area would definitely rebook.

Great property for short break

Really well maintained property in easy to reach location. Well-equipped and nicely furnished. Good communication from the host. For us would have been better closer to Polzeath for more cafes and things to walk out and do rather than having to drive. Overall very happy to have stayed here. Thank you

Perfect

The instructions that we received before arriving were spot on. Found easily, key safe et cetera. Apartment was lovely and clean. Spacious could’nt asked for more. Location was amazing, brilliant pub five minutes walk up the road The Pittyme Inn, down the road into Rock the Mariners. Lots of lovely beaches. Wendy very helpful and answers emails promptly.
